How to Cancel or Pause your Subscription

If you'd like to pause or cancel your subscription, sign into app.bigshort.com, then click on the down caret in the upper right-hand corner, and select "Customer Portal."


You'll be redirected to our Stripe Portal. From here, select the Cancel subscription button and hit "Confirm." If you change your mind, you can always renew your subscription.

📝 Note: You will still have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Please note that partial refunds are not available. If you have any issues with this process, reach out to us at support@bigshort.com.
